Different Kind of RVN Job - Hertfordshire
I'm looking for a very special kind of nurse for this small independent practice on the Herts/Essex border. This practice is small but growing and prides itself on offering a very personal service to the people in their community.
Time. This practice values time spent with the client and patient as well as you having your own time for a good work/life balance. The practice is on first name terms with their clients. Home visits are offered to those who find it more difficult to reach the surgery. Nothing is too much trouble.
The boss is less of a boss and more of an equal sharing an infectious passion for what she does and what she can offer their clients with the support of a few experienced colleagues. People are at the forefront and the nurse that joins this practice will likely feel more valued than any past job!
The right candidate for this role will be caring, enthusiastic, empathic and confident. Newly qualified nurses are offered support from an experienced mentor. Experienced nurses will be encouraged and supported to develop their own area of clinical interest. Hours can be full or part time, although my client would like 2 or 3 days per week, the practice is growing, so full timers won't be turned away. No OOHs. Monday-Friday opening hours are 9am-5pm but working hours are totally open to negotiation, as are weekends. This really IS a lovely way to work. Candidates with a driving licence will have an advantage but not essential.
Salary is commensurate with experience, Very flexible attitude to CPD
